I have 15 years of demonstrated leadership experience as a STEM instructor. Throughout these years, I have developed a passion for helping others and for creating engaging learning experiences that support diverse learning needs. I have worked with groups of all ages and strive to empower others with knowledge and a growth mindset.

After learning to implement several online tools for students during the pandemic, I decided to pursue a dedicated education in Instructional Design at IDOL courses Academy. I specialize in developing E-Learning courses, virtual and in-person training, storyboards, scripts, videos, and job aids.
